Tasks
- Together with your teammates (m/f/d), you plan the daily deliveries and outgoing shipments, and also handle them commercially.
- You implement the requirements of our customers in a service-oriented manner.
- You work in partnership with our customers, carriers and transport companies.
- You process complaints and coordinate this with the warehouse management.
- You create transport documentation, statistics and reports.
- You work in our warehouse management system (E+P LFS8), read information, process delivery documents and book inventories.
- You work on optimization projects and contribute your part to changes.
- You take on general administrative tasks and pallet management tasks.
- You contribute to smooth processes through your commitment.
Qualifications
- You are an open, service- and customer-oriented person who convinces others with your motivation and commitment.
- You have completed commercial training as a businessman for office communication, businessman for logistics services (m/f/d) or comparable.
- You have a quick grasp, you can quickly adapt to new situations and set priorities.
- You enjoy dealing with customers and are enthusiastic about finding solutions in partnership.
- You excel in a reliable and independent way of working, while always being well structured.
- You are a team player and resilient.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally initial professional experience in the administration of a warehouse and knowledge in dealing with a warehouse management system, in the best case E+P V8
- You have very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written).
