Tasks

 

  • You acquire new customers and further expand the existing customer base.
  • You have the ability to put yourself in the position of our customers and to understand and implement their needs and wishes.
  • You keep a close eye on the market and identify customer potential and design sales strategies with the WOW effect.
  • You create customer presentations tailored to your needs.
  • You maintain our CRM system and ensure a regular, success-oriented exchange with the operational departments.
  • You personally accompany the new customer implementation, after which a handover to customer service is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a clear view of your performance goals and are demonstrably pursuing them.

Qualifications

 

  • You have proven experience in sales and new customer acquisition and may already have an existing portfolio of potential customers.
  • As a career changer, we are also very interested in you as a thoroughbred salesperson (m/f/d) with the "Hunter gene".
  • You have the ability to turn cold calling into an exciting treasure hunt.
  • You excel through your independent research and the identification of potentials and business opportunities.
  • You shine through communication strength, persuasiveness and negotiation power.
  • You are comfortable with working in Microsoft Office and use the existing tools sensibly.
  • You speak good English and have professional fluency in German.
  • You have a class B driver's license and regular travel in your “hunting grounds” is no problem for you.
