Tasks
- You are responsible for the operational activities in the area of sea freight import and/or export.
- Do you have experience in air freight? Would be great, but not a requirement.
- You interact with carriers and suppliers.
- You carry out customs clearances (ATLAS) according to the desired procedures.
- You take over the operational, customer-specific activities in import or export.
- You coordinate day-to-day business.
- You correspond with customers and foreign partners, in English if needed.
- You actively participate in the further development of processes certified according to DIN ISO 9001.
Qualifications
- You have completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services.
- You have initial experience in handling international sea freight and transport planning/logistics
- You have a good command of spoken and written German and English.
- You have good MS Office user knowledge, as well as Atlas.
- Knowledge of Cargo Soft and TMS (desirable, but not required)
- You are flexible, team-oriented and value loyalty.
